Strengthening Your Faith: Exploring the Six Pillars of Iman in Islam.

6 pillars of iman

Islam is the most beautiful religion of any other religion. Islam has so many beautiful rules and regulations that everyone can easily follow them. Some of the most popular scholars say that no religion is as excellent and gorgeous as Islam. Without any doubt, we can say Islam is a very lovely and elevated religion. In Islam, we have trust in Allah and His decisions. There are six pillars of iman, and below, I describe six of them. At first, we have faith in Allah, then in His angels whom He fixed for us, His messenger, the last one being Prophet Muhammad whom He sent to show us the right way, His holy book, which we need to follow, our faith, which we also need to trust, which Allah has written by his own hand, and lastly, on the last day, which is our judgmental day.

Trust in Allah

The first one is the most prominent pillar than others because we all Muslims should have full trust and faith in Allah. Whatever He decides for us, this is the best decision because we know He is the best plan creator. And we all know that we have only one god, which is Allah. He has no son or anyone else. That thing we can say Tawheed. Allah has so many plans for us. He knows which things make us happy, and He also knows when we need them. We need to trust in Allah.

Believe in Angels

The second one is trusting in His angels. The angels were created by light (Noor). There are so many beautiful angels. Our Allah created this angel before us so that they could adoration and salution Him. They always follow Allah’s instructions. They don’t need to eat and sleep like us. They never suffer from sickness. They are always active. They are selected for particular work, so we have to trust them. They also take care of us. Some prominent angels are: Jibarail, who delivers messages between Allah and His messenger. Next is Munkar Nakeer, who always sits beside human arms and writes down their good and bad deeds. Then Azrail, who is also an angel whose work is to take the soul from a body, Lastly, Ridwan and Malik are both the protectors of heaven and hell. In holy Quran Allah says, “يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ آمِنُواْ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِيَ أَنزَلَ مِن قَبْلُ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلالاً بَعِيدًا” “O you who have believed, believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Book that He sent down upon His Messenger and the Scripture that He sent down before. And whoever disbelieves in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, and the Last Day has certainly gone far astray.” (Surah An Nisa)

Believe in Allah’s Book

The third iman is holy book which Allah sent by angels to messenger. This holy book appears to be a guide for us because it contains solutions to our life’s problems. The holy books show us the way, and by reading them, we can make the right and wrong decisions. Muslims must follow this book and continue their lives according to this book. This holy book helps us in so many ways. So, we have a vast trust in it.

Trust in Allah’s Messenger

The fourth iman is trust in His messenger. Allah sent us so many messengers. Lastly, he sent the prophet Muhammad. In the Quran, Allah subnalaatala mentions that He sent twenty-five prophets to us. This prophet shows us the right avenue and method that we should follow to achieve success in our lives. Some prominent prophets are mentioned here: Adam, who is the first prophet; Noah; Hud; Ibrahim; Ismail; Ayoob; Musa; Yusuf; Lut; Daud; Sulayma; Yaqub; Isa; and lastly, our prophet Muhammad (SAW). A Muslim cannot become a proper Muslim if he does not have trust in Allah’s messenger.

Trust in the Qiyamat Day

The Qiyamat Day is the fifth pillar of iman. That day, Muslims should believe because this is the result day. A Muslim who properly follows Allah’s rules and does so many good works in his life without any doubt goes to Jannat, which means paradise, and a Muslim who never follows anything that Allah tells us to do That Muslim who does so many bad works in his life will definitely go to hell. So we can say this is judgment or result day. A Muslim should trust in this iman so that he can do so many good deeds in his life and achieve paradise. The holy Quran says, “And we place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection so that no soul will be treated unjustly. And if there is even the weight of a mustard seed, we will bring it forth. And sufficient are we as accountants.” Quran [21:47]

Trust in Qadr

Allah has decided everything for us. Which thing is good and which thing is bad for us He knows better than us. He selected everything in his own way. Whatever we face in our lives, we have to say that it is our faith and destiny, and it is the best thing for us. We humans have our wishes, our desires, everything Allah knows. He is the best planner, and He has the idea of which things give us comfort, enjoyment, and complacency and which things make us sad and upset. In this He gives us and fixed for us. Everything things has been written beore our birth whatever will be happening with us. So, we have to trust on our faith that Allah has written something best for us.

Conclusion

In conclusion, we can say that every Muslim should trust in these six imans to become a proper Muslim. Whoever has trust in this thing becomes closer and dearer to Allah. So for that reason, we all should have proper trust in this iman.
