Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Benefits of Fajr Prayer.

Benefits of Fajr Prayer.

Salah is the most important thing for every Muslim. Our Almighty Allah gives us the command to do salah every day five times. It means that by doing salah, we can call on Allah, wish for what we want, protect ourselves from evil, and be defended from bad things. In other religions, people cannot get such a great opportunity like this. They cannot call five times in a day to the Almighty. For that reason, we can say we are lucky and also make a difference with them. Our book in the Holy Quran, Allah Almighty, says: “Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds and establish prayer and give zakat will have their reward with their “Lord, and there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.” (Al-Baqarah: 277). By reading this line, we can understand how important Salah is to Allah.

Why you Should Never Miss the Fajr Prayer

Those who know the benefits of Fajr Salah never miss it. Now, there are some benefits of fajr salah listed below:

1. Fajr salah saves from hellfire and leads to Jannah

Every Muslim’s final goal and destination is to go to Jannah. They all do those things that can help them go to Jannah and be saved from the hellfire, which is very dangerous. Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: “Whoever offers the morning prayer is under the protection of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime (Ibn Majah). Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: “Whoever offers the two prayers (Asr and Fajr) will enter Paradise.” (Bukhari)

2. Fajr salah gives us mental peace and keeps our body fit.

Those who get out of bed early in the morning can get extra time for doing physical exercise and yoga, and for that reason, they are physically and mentally fit. Also, those who start their days in the name of Allah can get so much barakah and blessings in their lives, and they always think positively, which can help them find mental peace.

3. Fajr increases our beauty

Those who do pray fajr daily say their faces are much brighter than other Muslims’. It is narrated in Hadith that the Holy Prophet PBUH said: If anyone misses his Fajr prayers, Allah SWT will decrease the light (noor) of the face. So we can say that Fajr increases our beauty.

4. Secure life from Allah

The Muslims who start their day by the name of Almighty Allah Allah save from all the things that are harmful for that person and also provide a secure life that is good for that Muslim. The one who offers Fajr prayer is directly under the protection of Allah Almighty. The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Whoever prays the Fajr prayer, he or she is then under Allah’s protection. So beware, O son or daughter of Adam, that Allah does not call you to account for being absent from His protection for any reason.” (Muslim)

5. Salaah is the key to Jannah.

Our Beloved Nabi (ﷺ) said, “The Key to paradise (Jannah) is salah”

The Reward of Praying Fajr on Time

The benefit of praying the Fajr prayer outweighs all others. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: “Whoever prays the morning prayer in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two units of prayer, has the reward of Hajj and `Umrah.” (Tirmidhi). And also, the Prophet (ﷺ) said: If people knew about the reward for the Isha and Fajr prayers, they would come (to the mosques even if they had to crawl).

By reading this hadith, we can easily know the reward of the Fajr prayer. So for that, we never willingly miss the Fajr salah.

Times in Salah

As Muslims, we call Allah with our pure hearts and soul five times a day. So, there are five times when we perform our Salah. These are: Fajr, Zohr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha. Here we are discussing the benefits of Fajr prayer.

Processing of Praying Fajr Sunnah

In Fajr there are four rakats. The first two rakats are sunnah, and the next two rakats are foroj. First two rakats of Sunnah processing by Sanah, then Surah Fatiha with another surah, then Ruku Sijdah, and then repeating the processing again and then doing munajah.

Processing of Praying Fajr Fard

In the rakat of fajr fard, the processing is the same as in the Sunnah. Then do ruku sijdah before finishing salat with doiny munajat. In foroj salat, this is the perfect time for doa because at this time, dua is more accepted than at any other time.
